• Set up and prepare all food items; opening/closing duties and rotation of stock as directed by the Chef.
• Maintain high sanitation standards and safe, efficient kitchen operations.
• Input daily event sheets and daily reports.
• Produce menu items timely and per company standards.
• Follow directions precisely; maintain work area and proper food storage; opening/closing duties.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Support Head Chef and Sous Chefs in menu development and cost control.
