The Chef de Partie will join our culinary team, take responsibility for a kitchen section, and help deliver high-quality, well-presented dishes with calm organisation especially during busy periods. We value teamwork, safety, and professional standards in a supportive kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or similar role.
• Pride in producing high-quality, well-presented food.
• Own section responsibilities and ability to lead by example.
• Develop junior kitchen staff through guidance and example.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining standards.
• Strong teamwork, communication and organisational skills.
• Commitment to cleanliness, safety and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes efficiently and consistently within your section
• Take ownership of your area, ensuring standards of food quality and presentation are always met
• Support, guide and help develop junior members of the kitchen team
• Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic work environment at all times
• Follow all food safety, hygiene and health & safety regulations consistently
• Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to support smooth and well-timed service
• Remain calm, focused and professional during busy service periods
