Café Rouge is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our team. You will organize, coordinate and deliver service for one or more sections in our fast, paced kitchens, and work closely with the brigade to ensure dishes meet specifications. You will lead by example, mentoring junior team members and maintaining high kitchen standards.

Excellent knife skills are essential. You will be responsible for cleaning down kitchens to ensure a spotless working environment and supporting a lively, high-energy

Qualifications

• Experience as a Chef de Partie in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Organising, co-ordinating and delivering service for one or more sections in our fast, paced kitchens.
• Able to work well with the brigade to produce dishes in compliance with our specifications
• Able to lead by example, to nurture, lead and develop junior team members.
• Have excellent knife skills
• Clean down kitchens to ensure spotless working environments!
