Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA is hiring a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You will prepare, cook and present dishes within your specialty, while training junior chefs and supporting the head chef.

Qualifications

• Excellent cooking skills and knowledge of ingredients, flavors and techniques.
• Ability to work under pressure and delegate tasks to the team.

• Understanding of profit margins to run kitchen efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your specialty.
• Train and supervise demi-chef de parties and commis.
• Assist sous and head chef to develop new dishes and menus.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety regulations.
• Monitor portion and waste to protect profit margins.
• Support all hotel food and beverage operations.
