ACS Staffing Solutions in Leicestershire is seeking a motivated Chef de Partie to join a busy kitchen team. You will work with the Head and Sous Chefs to run your section to a high, consistent standard and ensure smooth daily operations.

You will prepare, cook and present dishes, contribute to daily specials, mentor junior staff, manage stock and waste, and uphold strict hygiene and safety standards to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Competenze

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen.
• Experience as Chef de Partie or in a senior section role is advantageous.
• Good knowledge of food preparation, techniques and presentation.
• Understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
• Experience managing stock and minimising waste.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to mentor junior team members.
• Passion for high-quality food and guest experience.
• Relevant food hygiene qualifications desirable.
