• Experience in a busy, high-volume operation is required.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Relevant culinary qualifications or equivalent.
• In-depth knowledge in each section of the kitchen operation.
• Able to work well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present high quality dishes.
• Work with service teams to ensure guests have a great dining experience.
• Keep up to date with central menu changes and oversee kitchen cleanliness and food safety.
