You’ll oversee your kitchen section, ensure high standards of food safety and presentation, and collaborate closely with colleagues across departments to maintain smooth service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• You’ll be at the heart of our kitchen, ensuring presentation and attention to detail.
• Take full responsibility for your section, delivering exceptional food service from start to finish.
• Oversee food safety, storage, and compliance with legislation and company policy.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff, front-of-house, and management teams.
• Work efficiently under pressure, preparing items timely and maintaining a clean working station.
