With 55 bedrooms, 196 internal covers and 148 external covers, this is a substantial, food-led operation with ambitious plans, located in the heart of Grasmere.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role and a genuine passion for food.
• Strong communication, time-keeping, and organisational skills.

• Maintain food safety standards, storage, and compliance with legislation and company policy.
• Collaborate with kitchen, front-of-house and management teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
