Job summary

The Lounges are hiring Chefs to join the Poco Lounge kitchen team in the UK. You’ll cook fresh food to spec, support the Head Chef, and help keep the kitchen running smoothly with high standards from prep to plate.

We reward experience with an hourly rate of £12.71 plus tips, plus perks like staff meals and discounts from day one. Flexible work options are possible within our busy, supportive kitchen.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Grill Chef, Line Chef or Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to spec; from tapas dishes, to all day Lounge breakfasts.
• Support the Head Chef with prep, service, and standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and fully prepped.
• Follow food safety & allergen processes at all times.
• Work as one team with FOH to deliver a great experience.
