Qualifications

• Experience as a Chef in a high-volume kitchen.
• Ability to follow recipes and plating specs.
• Strong teamwork and reliability in a busy kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to specification across all-day menu.
• Assist Head Chef with prep, service and maintaining standards.
• Keep kitchen clean, safe and well prepped at all times.
• Adhere to food safety and allergen processes and collaborate with FOH.
