Recruit Genie is seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our bustling kitchen team. You will be responsible for running a designated section, preparing and presenting dishes to a consistently high standard, and supporting senior chefs in daily operations.

Formación

• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety standards.
• Experience in a busy restaurant environment is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Run a designated section of the kitchen efficiently.
• Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard.
• Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
• Ensure food hygiene, health, and safety standards are maintained.
• Monitor portion control and minimise food waste.
• Assist with stock rotation, ordering, and inventory control.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff where required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation within your section.
