Heartwood Collection is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at Brasserie Blanc Winchester. The basic rate up to £13.10 per hour plus TRONC and On Target Earnings £15–£15.50 including TRONC reflect the rewarding setup.

We offer bespoke training through our Stepping Stones programme, access to Hospitality Action's Employee Assistance, and an EarlyPay option to access wages ahead of schedule. The role supports multiple sections and classical cooking techniques.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years experience or progression in a service setting with intermediate knife skills and working with classical cooking techniques
• Able to work at least 2 sections as part of the kitchen team and follow recipes
• Proven track record delivering great quality and fresh food
