We are working with a leading Education site in Central London and looking for a Chef de Partie. This is on a 35 Hour contract and mainly working Monday to Friday; some occasional weekend work may be required. Additional hours after 35 are paid at 1.5X.

The Chef de Partie will work with a Head Chef, Sous Chef, and Kitchen Porter to produce lunch and dinner daily. Lunch service runs from 12pm to 2pm, and dinner service from 5pm to 6pm. You will prepare approximately 100 lunches and up to 40-50 evening meals.

Shift patterns will follow a 2-week rotating rota: 8am to 3:30pm and 11am to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday. The role involves lunch and dinner services, with a hot mains and grab-and-go options for lunch, and a similar grab-and-go offer in the evening.

We are seeking a Chef de Partie with experience in busy kitchens, ideally with backgrounds in educational kitchens or contract catering. Experience in staff dining and hospitality would be beneficial but is essential.

We prefer an enthusiastic Chef de Partie with stability in their career, ideally with experience in education or contract catering.
