Job summary

Premier Selection Limited is seeking a Chef de Partie for a fast-paced university kitchen in Cambridge. You will work in the main kitchen as part of a team, creating from scratch and supporting a daily changing three-course menu alongside lighter meals.

The role requires experience cooking with fresh ingredients and ideally prior work in hotels, restaurants, colleges or universities or high-end contract caterers. You will need to live in the Cambridge, Duxford or Newmarket area.

Qualifications

• Experience cooking with fresh ingredients.
• Previous experience in Hotels, Restaurants, Colleges, Universities, or higher end Contract Caterers.
• Applicants must live in the Cambridge, Duxford or Newmarket area.

Responsibilities

• Work in the main kitchen as part of a team.
• Liaise with Head Chef and Deputy Head Chef.
• Complete daily prep for your section on time and to standard.
