Heartwood Inns Ltd is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. The role offers a base hourly rate up to £13.10 plus TRONC, with On Target Earnings of £15–£15.50 including TRONC.

We pride ourselves on fresh, seasonal dishes across our Heartwood Inns venues and Brasserie Blanc family. We provide bespoke training through our Stepping Stones programme, early pay access, generous leave, and a referral bonus of up to £1,500.

Qualifications

• Passion and proven track record in delivering great quality and fresh food.
• Able to work at least 2 sections as part of the kitchen team and follow recipes.
• 3-4 years experience or progression in a service setting with intermediate knife skills and working with classical cooking techniques.
