Heartwood Collection is seeking a Chef de Partie for our Poole kitchen. This permanent, full-time role offers an hourly package including TRONC and a pathway to developing your skills across multiple sections.

You will work with fresh, seasonal dishes and contribute to our award-winning hospitality group. 3–4 years in a service setting with classical techniques is ideal; passion and reliability are essential.

• Proven track record in delivering great quality and fresh food.
• Able to work at least 2 sections in the kitchen and follow recipes.
• 3–4 years experience or progression in a service setting with classical cooking techniques.
