Qualifications

• Experience as a CDP in a fresh-food kitchen.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ambition to progress toward senior chef roles.

Responsibilities

• Run your own section with consistency and pride.
• Prepare fresh, seasonal dishes to spec and high standards.
• Collaborate with Sous and Head Chef on new menus and specials.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe and compliant at all times.
• Support junior chefs and learn from senior team members.
• Contribute ideas for menus and process improvements.
