Job summary

Craft Locals Ltd in Rickmansworth outskirts is seeking a part-time Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You’ll work around our busiest shifts, especially Sundays, delivering fresh seasonal dishes and developing your skills with a clear path to Sous Chef.

We offer £13.50–£14.50 per hour (pro rata £30,900–£33,200 per year) plus a share of card tips (~£1/hr). Perks include 50% off food, 20% off drinks, 28 days holiday and staff socials.

Qualifications

• CDP in a fresh-food kitchen or ready to step up.
• Organised and reliable with attention to detail.
• Passionate about fresh ingredients and seasonal cooking.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
• Ambitious to progress to senior chef roles.

Responsibilities

• Run your own section with consistency and pride.
• Prepare fresh, seasonal dishes to spec and high standards.
• Work closely with Sous and Head Chef on new dishes and specials.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe and compliant at all times.
• Support junior chefs and learn from senior team members.
• Contribute ideas for menus and improving processes.
