Job summary

Reaseheath College and University Centre in Nantwich, Cheshire, is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our catering team. You will prepare and serve high-quality, fresh dishes for up to 600 residents, 4500 day students and 650 staff, using Reaseheath produce wherever possible.

The role is permanent, 37 hours per week with shifts between 6am and 7pm, five days over seven, and a commitment to food safety, presentation and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent catering qualification.
• Experience working as a CDP in a professional kitchen.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent customer service and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality hospitality service to students, staff, and guests.
• Manage your designated kitchen station and prepare it for service.
• Cook and produce high‑quality dishes using fresh ingredients and provided recipes.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and ensure correct food storage, labelling, and rotation.
• Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards at all times.
