Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh dishes using seasonal ingredients.
• Support senior chefs and kitchen team in daily service.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety and HACCP practices.
• Contribute ideas for new dishes and menu improvements.
