Job summary

Metro Pubs is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our fresh-food teams across our capital pubs. You will be primarily responsible for preparing, cooking and presenting high-quality dishes, maintaining kitchen and food safety standards, and delivering consistent service.

Qualifications

• Confidence in running a section of the kitchen independently.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, fresh food pub or restaurant.
• Willingness to get stuck in and learn new skills.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
