The Fish Shop Restaurant in Ballater is seeking a Chef De Partie to join its kitchen brigade. You will manage a station, maintain high standards of fish preparation, and support the Executive Chef in delivering exceptional, locally sourced dishes.

Working with a tight-knit team, you will contribute to a growing recipe book and ensure brilliant service with a passion for fresh ingredients and Scottish hospitality. A strong work ethic and creativity are valued.

Qualifications

• Proven experience (working with fresh fish) in a similar role is an advantage.
• Strong work ethic, a creative flair, and a passion for fresh food and brilliant service with a desire to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Part of the Kitchen brigade; responsible for a section of the Kitchen ensuring the preparation and delivery of high-quality food.
• Support the creation, development and maintenance of an inspiring recipe book using the very best local and national ingredients.
