Responsibilities

• Lead your section with confidence and consistency.
• Prepare, cook and present dishes to Hawksmoor standards.
• Oversee mise en place, service and close down operations.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, sustainability and waste minimisation.
• Support and guide Commis Chefs on your section.
• Collaborate with the wider kitchen team to ensure seamless service.

As a Chef de Partie at Hawksmoor Fixed term contract, You will be joining us for our busy christmas season and will be taking ownership of your section, delivering consistently high-quality dishes with precision and pride. This is a key role within the kitchen, where you'll balance technical skill, organisation and teamwork to ensure smooth, successful services.

What You'll Do

• Run your section with confidence and consistency
