Job summary

TipTopJob is seeking a Chef de Partie for a prestigious private events and hospitality venue in Central London. The role offers a £35,000 salary with a 40-hour week, predominantly Monday to Friday, and exceptional pension and benefits.

You will deliver high-quality, beautiful fine-dining food for corporate events, weddings, banqueting, and private dinners, working alongside an experienced kitchen team to maintain top standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in fine dining and luxury events is required.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality event food.
• Attention to detail and calm under pressure are essential.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside Head Chef and brigade to deliver fine dining for events.
• Take ownership of your section from prep to service.
• Support banqueting and private events with presentation and food safety in mind.
• Ensure consistency and high standards across all courses.
• Manage deliveries, storage, rotation and food safety practices.
• Contribute to smooth operation of private events and weddings.
