The Refectory in Milford is looking for a Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about fresh, cooked-to-order dishes, this could be your next step with Brunning and Price.

We offer a basic up to £31,000 plus tronc, paid overtime and great tips. The package includes meals on shift, pension, cycle to work, and generous development opportunities across our 79 pubs, with apprenticeships and movement between venues.

Qualifications

• Experience as a chef in a pub or restaurant.
• Passion for fresh food cookery.
• Willingness to cover across kitchen areas.

Responsibilities

• Work across all kitchen areas alongside sous and head chef.
• Prepare dishes and maintain high quality.
• Support with menu execution and daily prep.
