Job summary

Klarent Hospitality is seeking a Chef De Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. You will be responsible for preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to a high standard within your section.

As part of a fast-paced operation, you will ensure hygiene standards, collaborate with the wider team, and support junior staff while contributing to menu development. Morning and variable shifts including weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Previous culinary experience.
• Passion for cooking and willingness to learn.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Able to work morning, afternoon/evening, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your section to a high standard
• Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with hygiene and safety standards
• Work effectively with the wider kitchen team to maintain smooth service
• Support junior kitchen staff with training and supervision
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control
• Contribute to menu development and specials as required
