The role requires a proactive, customer-focused team player who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, supports the Sous/Head Chef, and helps maintain safety, cleanliness, and cost control.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Present ideas for new menus to Sous/Head Chef while upholding Absolute Taste quality and service.
• Adhere to weekly menus and ensure all items are prepared.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety compliance at all times.
• Monitor stock levels, wastage, and cost parameters with the team.
• Assist in end-of-month stock checks and budget adherence.
