Job summary

Holroyd Howe is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our education catering team at one of our prestigious education settings in Worcester. You will deliver high standards, maintain presentation, and support service with enthusiasm.

The role is 40 hours per week, including Saturdays, with a focus on budgeting, menu costing and adherence to Health & Safety standards. A supportive environment with ongoing training is provided.

Qualifications

Experience in education catering is essential.
Ability to cost menus and plan within budgets.
Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations is required.
Strong communication and coaching skills with a team.
Passion for food and customer service.

Responsibilities

Prepare and present food to the highest standards.
Support service and maintain consistency across education settings.
Assist with menu costing and stock control.
Adhere to Health & Safety and food safety procedures.
