Job summary

Holroyd Howe, a leading UK contract caterer for independent schools, is seeking an experienced Senior Chef de Partie to support our education catering teams. You will deliver breakfast, lunch and supper service in a demanding catering environment, ensuring high standards and consistent quality.

The role is 40 hours per week, five days over seven with weekend shifts on a rotating rota, across 41 weeks per year, plus six weeks of Summer School.

Qualifications

• Experience in Education catering preferred.
• Strong Food Safety knowledge.
• Ability to cost and plan menus within budget.
• Commitment to training and coaching a team.
• Senior Chef de Partie with background in exceptional catering services.

Responsibilities

• Provide breakfast, lunch and supper service.
• Deliver hospitality service within education settings.
• Support team in education catering environments.
• Work weekend shifts on a rotating rota.
• Commit to 41 weeks per year, with six weeks Summer School.
