Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or in catering across kitchen sections.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Work across all areas of the kitchen to support the sous chefs and head chef.
• Prepare and cook dishes to the standard required by the pub group.
• Assist with plating and presentation and maintain kitchen cleanliness.
