Job summary

Brunning & Price Limited is seeking a part-time Chef de Partie for The Two Brewers in Chigwell. You will join a vibrant kitchen, crafting exquisite dishes in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with the head chef and sous chefs.

You should have chef de partie experience, a passion for fresh food, and be able to work across all kitchen sections to support the team. Benefits include weekly pay, meals on shift, and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience as a chef de partie or similar role in pubs, restaurants or gastro pubs.
• Able to work across all kitchen sections and support the head chef.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards in a busy kitchen.
• Assist sous chefs and head chef in daily kitchen operations.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

About you...

You may have experience in catering as a chef, line cook, breakfast chef, section chef or chef de partie in a restaurant, gastro pub or the wider hospitality sector. As our chef de partie you'll be working across all areas of the kitchen, supporting our sous chefs and head chef.
