Job summary

Novotel London Blackfriars (MAM London) is seeking a full-time Chef De Partie to join our busy hotel kitchen. You will work closely with a skilled team, supervising a kitchen section, ensuring service readiness and maintaining high food standards.

The role requires flexibility with shifts and a proactive attitude to develop your skills while supporting colleagues. You will contribute to delivering a memorable guest experience across all hotel outlets.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Run and supervise kitchen section to required standards.
• Ensure preparation of the designated section is ready for each service.
• Control stock and waste; ensure quality of stock and prepared foods.
• Cook to high standards quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the section.
• Assist Head Chef and Sous Chef to meet food standards.
• Delegate tasks to junior chefs and apprentices and support their development.
• Support guests to ensure best experience.
