The Half Moon is a traditional country pub in Windlesham, Surrey, seeking a Chef de Partie to join a friendly, busy kitchen. You will work under our Head Chef to produce high‑quality fresh dishes in a welcoming village setting. We value character, professionalism and a hands‑on approach.

• Existing CDP or strong Commis Chef aiming for CDP level.
