Job summary

Accor in Sheffield seeks a Chef de Partie to support a busy kitchen, ensuring top-notch food preparation and service while maintaining strict control over stock, portions and wastage. You will contribute to a cohesive team that values freshness and brand integrity.

You will showcase creativity within brand standards, work with high-quality ingredients, and engage in learning and development opportunities within the property and across Accor.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-moving kitchen with freshness and provenance of ingredients as a key priority.
• Passion for food and fresh ingredients is a given.
• A true passion for creativity whilst maintaining brand standards through the dishes on the menu.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food preparation and service meet agreed standards.
• Maintain strict on-duty control of all kitchen items.
• Prepare orders according to check instructions.
• Enforce portion control and manage wastage with follow-up actions.
• Store all food with correct stock rotation and security.
