The Hollywood Arms Ltd. in Chelsea invites a passionate Chef de Partie to join its busy kitchen. You will work under a proactive Head Chef, crafting quality dishes and contributing to daily specials while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

This role offers development through internal chef progression programmes, apprenticeships and masterclasses, plus staff meals and strong team incentives.

Qualifications

• We are looking for an existing Chef de Partie or an excellent Commis Chef seeking the next step, with passion and flair for quality fresh food in a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality food and ensure excellent service through attention to detail.
• Collaborate with Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes and daily specials.
• Demonstrate planning and organisational skills to manage GP and labour controls.
• Be an active hands-on Chef de Partie / Kitchen Supervisor and team player.
