Job summary

Verde Resorts is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at Rivendale in The Peak District. This permanent, full-time role offers up to £13.50 per hour and a 40-hour week across Wednesday to Sunday, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

You will work closely with the Head Chef to maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation and service in a fast-paced environment. Level 3 Food Safety is preferred but not essential, with opportunities for growth and staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Right to live and work in the UK.
• Previous experience in a busy kitchen.
• Catering qualifications and Level 3 Food Safety preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality dishes.
• Oversee specific sections of the kitchen and ensure portion control.
• Assist with inventory, ordering, stock rotation and waste minimisation.
