Job summary

Heacham Manor Hotel is seeking a committed Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team. You will assist in the efficient running of the kitchen, preparing meals across breakfast, lunch and dinner with a focus on quality and consistency.

The role requires a Food Hygiene Level 2 certificate and prior Chef de Partie or Commis experience, plus strong teamwork and communication skills. You will uphold Safer Food Better Business standards and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Food Hygiene Certificate Level 2 is required.
• Previous Commis or Chef de Partie experience is preferred.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential.
• Computer literate and able to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and plate meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner service.
• Maintain high food quality and ensure dishes meet specifications.
• Ensure cleaning standards are consistently excellent and tasks are completed.
• Adhere to food safety and health & safety procedures at all times.
• Act in accordance with Safer Food Better Business guidelines.
• Keep a clean and tidy work area and follow end/start shift procedures.
