Your Role: You will join the kitchen brigade, working in your designated section. You will lead your section and assist your Commis Chefs to produce high-quality dishes that are impeccably prepared and served. You will support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating and testing menus, and in achieving departmental targets.
