Job summary

Mint People is seeking a Chef de Partie for a busy, branded kitchen in Newton-le-Willows. You will manage your own section, assist with prep and support service during peak times while maintaining brand standards and hygiene.

The team comprises 4 chefs and 2 KPs, with a structured kitchen environment and clear service flow. Hours are 40 per week (10am finish) with a £32,000 base salary plus tronç payments and on-site parking.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Chef de Partie in branded/structured kitchen.
• Strong understanding of basic prep, kitchen flow and branded service.
• Ability to follow set menus and specs accurately.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own section and assist with prep.
• Support service during busy shifts.
• Maintain high hygiene standards and mise en place.
