The Chancery Rosewood, opening in Summer 2025 and part of the Rosewood Hotel Group, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It will feature 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, along with various dining and entertainment spaces, providing a platform for progressive ideas, voices, and expression.
We are seeking an exceptional Chef de Partie to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our all-day dining restaurant, which offers à la carte breakfast, Mediterranean and Levantine cuisine for lunch and dinner, and manages our busy in-room dining service. The successful candidate will uphold the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service, creating memorable experiences for our guests. You will also play a key role in coaching and developing a team of culinary professionals, promoting teamwork and collaboration with kindness and respect. This role is scheduled to commence in June 2025.
