Job summary

Browns Brasserie & Bar in Cardiff is looking for a Chef de Partie who loves delivering great food, training great people and making guests feel welcome. You’ll lead a kitchen section and ensure the team works as one.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or in a similar chef role.
• Ability to mentor kitchen staff and maintain brand standards.
• Commitment to health, safety and cleanliness in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Knowledge of menu items and service flow.

• Be a champion of brand standards with the ability to mentor Chefs and Kitchen team members.
• Run a section.
• Prepare everything that is needed before service.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Cook to spec and know the menu inside out.
