Holroyd Howe, a leading UK contract caterer serving independent schools, seeks an experienced Chef de Partie to join a prestigious education setting. The role is 40 hours per week on a 52 week contract with Saturday shifts.

You will bring passion for food, excellent presentation, and strong organisational and communication skills to deliver high-quality dining experiences for students. The position suits a committed chef with a track record in education catering, adept at budgeting, menu

Qualifications

• Experience in education catering is preferred.
• Progressive career to date.
• Up to date with current food trends.
• Passion for food and customer service.
• Solid health & safety knowledge.
• Ability to work within set budgets.
• Know how to cost and plan menus accurately.
• Familiar with training and coaching a team.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and present meals to a high standard in a busy education setting.
• Work Saturdays as required.
• Support the kitchen team with service and food safety.

Job Description

The essential ingredient at the heart of our business is our people so we are searching for an experienced Chef de Partie with a background in exceptional food catering services to join our business and work at one of our highly prestigious education settings. Must be willing to work Saturdays.

40 hours per week on a 52 week contract.

As a Chef de Partie you will…

As well as having an excellent presentation, organisational and communication skills, you will be able to demonstrate a real passion for food & service and possess bags of enthusiasm.

Qualifications

• Ideally have experience working within Education catering
• Have a progressive career to date
• Be up to date with current food trends
• Have a real passion for food and customer service
• Have good Health & Safety knowledge
• Be able to work within set budgets
• Know how to cost and plan menus accurately
• Be familiar with training and coaching a team
