Job summary

Warner Hotels is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You will manage your designated section, prepare and present high-quality dishes, and uphold strict hygiene standards.

You will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to maintain the exceptional standards we are known for across all menus. You’ll run your section with pride, pace and creativity, contributing to guest experiences that make stays memorable.

Qualifications

• Passion for food and flavour required.
• Ability to maintain high hygiene standards and safety.
• Experience across multiple kitchen sections including grill and larder.
• Ability to work within a branded hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Run your designated section with skill, confidence and creativity.
• Assist Head/Executive Chef to deliver high standards across menus.

Working alongside the Head Chef and Sous Chefs, you will be responsible for managing your designated section, preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, and maintaining excellent food safety and hygiene standards. You will be a fundamental part of the smooth running of the kitchen, ensuring every meal is prepared to the highest standard and contributes to an outstanding guest experience., As a Chef de Partie in our kitchens, you'll run your section with skill, confidence, and creativity. Every dish you prepare helps make a guest's stay special, you'll work closely with the Executive / Head Chef to deliver the high standards we’re known for across all our menus.
