Mitchells & Butlers plc in Windlesham is seeking a Chef de Partie to lead a kitchen section, mentor Chefs and the wider kitchen team, and ensure every shift runs to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. You will prepare items before service, cook to menu specs, and uphold brand standards across premium pubs.
