Job summary

The Ferry, part of Mitchells & Butler plc, is seeking a Chef de Partie who is passionate about great food and training people. You’ll run a kitchen section, ensuring the team works together and maintain high standards of cleanliness and service throughout every shift.

You’ll mentor fellow Chefs, prepare for service, and ensure the menu is followed to spec, delivering guest experiences that reflect premium pubs. Join a team that values growth, support, and shared success.
