The Norton Park Hotel, Spa & Manor House, part of The QHotels Collection, invites a motivated Commis Chef / Kitchen Porter to join our busy kitchen near Winchester. You will help prepare and present dishes, support service teams, and contribute to a positive dining experience for guests.

• Experience as Commis or Chef de Partie in a busy, high-volume kitchen.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality.
• Knowledge of central menu changes and food safety standards.
• Good teamwork and communication.

What will I do?

• R esponsible for preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes. You will work closely with the service teams ensuring our guests have a great dining experience, whilst keeping up to date with all central menu changes and overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of the kitchen and food safety standards.

Is this the role for me?

• Ability to work under pressure
• Relevantculinaryqualifications or equivalent
• In-depth knowledge in each section of the kitchen operation
