Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook meals in line with established recipes and quality standards
  • Present dishes with consistency, taste, and visual appeal
  • Oversee the larder section and support overall kitchen operations
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods
  • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with food safety regulations
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with inventory and stock monitoring
  • Contribute fresh ideas for specials and seasonal menu planning
  • Participate in ongoing training and skill development

Requirements

  • Minimum of5 years’ experiencein a similar kitchen role
  • Working week up to 55hrs
  • Thorough knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety protocols

  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
