Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers is recruiting a Chef de Partie for the Inn on the Lake. You will lead a kitchen section, mentor team members and ensure pre-service readiness to deliver high quality dishes.

The role emphasizes brand standards, teamwork and consistent service in a premium pub environment across premium brands.

• Prepare everything needed before service to ensure smooth starts.
