Job summary

Langton, part of Premium Country Pubs, is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You will run a section, mentor Chefs, and ensure the team works together to deliver outstanding dishes aligned with brand standards.

You’ll prepare mise en place before service, maintain cleanliness and safety, and cook to spec while knowing the menu inside out. A pathway to progression exists within Mitchells & Butler’s hospitality group.
