EGO - Sutton-In-Ashfield, part of MITCHELLS & BUTLERS PLC, is seeking a Chef de Partie who will lead a kitchen section, mentor colleagues, and uphold brand standards. You will prepare ahead of service, cook to the menu, and maintain top cleanliness and food safety.
